I photographed this decorative plant decorating the wall of a housing subdivision village while our car had stopped momentarily. It was nice to see it having to bloom its unique flowers soon.

Well, I am in pain again when I walk because I recently paused using my Calcium supplement and it was a bad decision. Now I am taking my supplements because indeed it will exacerbate my joint pain issues some more as well as my Leontiasis Ossea condition, meaning it will definitely make my face grow big and give me many complications associated with it.

I am on a very delicate balance and it is dangerous because of the said complications of pain and all. It is really hard to manage but at least I know the cause which I am now solving and I hope that in the coming days or weeks God willing I might get some improvements again. I did first stopped using Calcium many months ago too and it also resulted in developing pain in my knees and feet as I walk so I just continued to take it again.

My nephrologist actually is telling us patients not to use calcium because it causes calcification issues inside our bodies particularly for our heart and lungs and for some patients they get calcified skin problems causing pain I can't describe. That is because of the secondary hyperparathyroidism causing the bones to release Calcium to the blood stream and causes calcifications which later will be fatal because it affects the heart inevitably. The heart is expensive to treat and I hope that in the near future, people with heart issues can use artificial hearts because it is one of the organs of the body affected by other diseases and is number one affected by a rather bad lifestyle like the way we eat because of many reasons.

My little terrible experiment of obeying what my doctor had said now is causing me inconveniences because I didn't follow what I know it seems is working. But I am praying to be well in the soonest time again because I do not want to experience more miserable condition than what I am already going through without the possibility of getting out of this gargantuan mess which I am trying to hold and control with the mercy of God.

Anyway, I have all the time in the world to wait for my joints to at least get some level of improvement just like from just two weeks ago because I do not like to bother my parents to roll me using my wheelchair for travelling from my room and to the bathroom and back. Even my parents are more than happy to support me, I don't like to bother them in any way possible because of my "inconveniences". I pray to God to at least give them soon a "consolation gift" which what my parents really wanted for a long, long time already and I hope that God wills it soon for my parent's happiness because they had invested so much on me and it is justice and rightful thing to do it, But I am on it right now.

Sometimes listening to our gut is much better than listening to a doctor who only studied from a book and who doesn't know what it's really like to be in your condition. Follow your heart @cryptopie (Yes, pun intended).

Hey @cryptopie, what a vibrant post! The photos of that decorative plant are simply stunning. The colors just pop, and you've captured them beautifully with your Vivo X200 PRO. It's amazing how a simple detail like that can brighten up a day.

I'm really sorry to hear about the health challenges you're facing. It sounds incredibly tough navigating the balance with your calcium supplements. Your vulnerability and strength in sharing your experience are truly admirable. It's inspiring to see your positive outlook and reliance on faith amidst such a difficult situation.

I'm sure many people can relate to the struggle of managing health issues. Thanks for opening up and sharing! I am sending you positive vibes and hope you feel better soon! I also hope that your parents get their consolation gift, that is beautiful. Have you tried posting about the plants on the Plant Lovers Community? They would surely enjoy this there.
