Renting our neighbor's unused house will going to suck to stay into because the toilet has no flush

I think that we will going to relocate to live temporarily to our neighbor's house this coming weekend prior to the demolition of this old house of ours where I stayed most of my life and the only time was that I was away was when my uncle took me for living into my grandmother's house when I was still little and then when I went again with my uncle to live with my grandmother again for four months because I want to spend some time with my cousins before I die. It took that long time of a vacation because I was afraid to go back commuting home all by myself.
Well, I really won't gonna miss the settings of this house because right after it was done more than four decades ago I was not impressed by its looks. My grandfather's former house was more spacious compared to this house as it has a wide kitchen, some sleeping quarters on the ground floor, living room, a wide space before you go to the living room and three rooms in the upper floor. Maybe I was just small when that house was taken apart but indeed it has more rooms and space compared to this house and the one which will going to be build soon.
Anyway, the house which we will going to stay for about two months while our house is being done had been empty ever since the mother of that house passed-away. Her husband remarried and lived elsewhere, the mother is our distant relative and we are supposed to rent their house but I am not sure if the husband will ever take our rent payment.
Their house is much smaller than our current house but it has a big backyard and in the morning it gets plenty of sunshine just like our house before the structure of our bakery-variety store got erected in our backyard and was later turned into a house of my sister. But anyway, the size doesn't matter but what concerns me is that the toilet is basic, it has no flush and my mother already told me that if I want to flush the toilet right after I used it is to call her so she can flush it for me.
The thing is that I have a hard time lifting things and it might strain my bones if I lift heavy things like a bucket of water. I also take a bath after I use toilet because I can't use the toilet and then go back to my room, it is not what I used to do nor willing to change that behavior. So that is what I will be facing now and it will be hard for me to adjust because my routine especially my setting will change and I have to deal with it for maybe two months until the house is done.

But why do you want to demolish the house and rebuild it?
This is an old house built in 1983, the floor level inside is now lower then the street level which is why it gets flooded when there is a heavy downpour of rain plus the roof and the ceiling is already rotten as well so a new house must be built.
It was included in my plan after I realized that I can never have a Kidney transplant anymore so I changed my priority since my mother wants a new house as she told me "before she dies."
After I contemplated on what she told me, I might never forgive myself if she dies not having her wish to come true. So after I finally got the necessary funds, we gave my plan a go and I hope God wills it for us to stay in a decent, safe, presentable, and comfortable home soon because we needed it badly.

After the construction is completed, please tell us how much you spent to rebuild the house.
