Here you see what will be my parent's room where one of the laborers are standing. It was made narrow to make room for a window on that side.

The left side was our former variety store, it was closed a long time ago.

Today as I had seen from outside while I was inside the car on my way for my dialysis treatment, I noticed that the wall dividing my parent's room and mine is still intact, meaning that it was not torn down to make my parent's room bigger because it will turn out that my room will be made bigger than the plan and will make my parent's room smaller, it should be the same size.

Well I actually like a bigger room but my parent's room will be made smaller. However I already talked to my brother and he then went to the house to talk tot he foreman. Now they will tear down that dividing wall and that will cause me to spend extra for that extra work plus the hallow blocks and cement used to patch where the former window dividing the rooms got wasted.

Now as I had seen the new septic tank which was actually dug in the side of the garage, I can now see how the garage area will be elevated. The garage flooring will be elevated for sure because it is also getting submerged from flood waters. I just hope that the level of flooding in the coming years will not be worse because otherwise we will have a problem again regarding flushing our toilet.

One thing about this house is that they used the old foundation and the posts and only extended it as you can see in the pictures although I don't know where they added foundations but what I know is that there should be one at the center of the house near the dining area. Considering that they added concrete beams, I can now only hope about the intuition of the foreman is correct otherwise I might die from our supposedly new house collapsing considering that my country is in the earthquake super hi-way.

This house is kinda making me feel upset because the old foundation older than your Mommas and Papas was used and then extended and then burdened by concrete beams because of their weight. My bothers are telling me otherwise because the other one told me if there was a tie beam in the middle and beam in the bathroom area, it will be stable while my other brother also is saying the similar. But in my opinion a new foundation and posts should had been made all because the old ones are more than four decades old, close to being half centuries old. Well, to know if it will be a quality work is that if it resists earthquakes.
