We are already living in our rental space and I was disappointed

Yesterday I have learned that this house which we are staying now had been cut to make way for a garage space so the living quarters is like big room with kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and bedroom are all in one space and basically not good for raising a family unless you subdivide it to have a very tiny room and still will not be enough to have some privacy, not good especially for couples with children.

I thought that we will have a space similar to the size of our house without the rooms but the owners decided to split the property between them and there are several of them until the others sold it to the tow which made the lot was split into two. So I thought that this was just one house within a wide lot area but now it is just a two small lot with this one already have a small house but still can be spacious especially if you put a house with a second floor because the lot is long which ids why if I have some money I will not buy this lot or the other half unless I have the amole amount of money to but this house and lot and the other one and that will allow me to build a house with a sizeable backyard plus a garage too.

This property is already abandoned but it has owners as well as our next door neighbor and their neighbors on the left side. So we are sandwiched by abandoned lots and houses. I guess that the other two if they will sell their property it will be cheaper compared to if you will but from a subdivision area. The only good thing besides the probable cheaper price was the fact that at least if you will build a hose over here, it will not get too submerged in flood water unlike in the subdivision are where flood water gets so high the roads there becomes unpassable and some of the new and beautiful and expensive houses gets flooded too.

This house however have no running water of its own so we have to get our water from our house with the use of a hose which I have to procure because the owner of this house didn't allowed the water service to be activated for some reason so we just have to deal with inconvenience.

Beside this house was a concrete fence but you can see the other side of the property because the other half of the fence is a welded wore mesh. I thought that I can roam around or at least sit-around on that property which is a disappointment but at least this partition of the lot gave a sense of security because to this house.

My mother told me that they already cleaned this house but I can smell a rat poop but she said that she can't smell anything considering that she has a very sensitive sense of smell compared to mine. But all in all this temporary shelter is OK since it doesn't have the issue of flood but I missed not the old home but the future new house which I hope that God wills it for me and my parents to have in the coming months.
