On building trust in the societies; What should we believe and agree within, and what are open for discussions?
We are here to do what is expected and what should be done to any times anywhere while we are here as we are when being here and there. And trust building is to agree in the common values in the societies, for instance as being warm and inclusive, and on willing the best attitudes and intentions and behavior when we are here as we are when being here and there.
So, what is Norway, and which values should be built in the society that we are a part within when being here and there. Norwegian values are rooted in egalitarian ideals and Norway is a progressive welfare state. Openness, equality, and equal rights are important values that you will experience when you study in Norway. Norwegians hold nature in high esteem. We love our nature and are proud of it. And Norway has the oil and gas industry, and there are much money involved in the businesses creating and sustaining economic values when we are here when we are here.
And we are best human creatures when being best in the human nature while we are within and without the nature when when we are being here as we are. And we should building trust, and trust and networks are of important values when being in domestic and foreign environments, and things are done with formal and structured decisions from the organizations, and with informal ways of doing things, with chatting and talking and not being sure about what is going on and how and why things are as they are.
We should try to develop and to establish strong ties, and there should not be too many weak ties, and we are just here to find strong ties in weak ties, and finding weak ties that are really having the potentiality of being strong ties. And we are finding this ties in all kinds of power channels and structures, and in all cases of organizations that are functioned with chatting and informal talking and just being confronting with how things are being when being in the structured decisions just like how an organization really is about.
So, the politics is something we can agree and disagree with, and we are not sure about all kinds of decisions being here when being here, and we are not always sure of all kinds of decisions and there should be arguments for and against different problems and issues when being here as we are. So, there are many other issues that we can participate and being convenient within or being in opposition when we are here as we are, and we are here to take care of and being inclusive when we are here as we are.
So, we can agree and disagree in any conceivable thing when we are here as we are. And we are just in the life just as we are, and we are making decisions in internal markets, in domesticated markets, and in external markets, and we should love the people living before us when we were here. And even being at Harvard, is not the signs and the symbols of being best at any times anywhere when being here as we are.
So, do we agree in the churches, the schools and whatever what is going on when we are here, and if people cannot go in the schools, they should select other schools and more bad schools where they can use their capabilities and abilities when being here as we are. So, what about road, airports ports and transportation and whatever conceivable area where we agree or disagree when we are here when being here and there. So, we should have the economic support to the churches and schools as there are fundaments and foundations when being here.
