This service is the ultimate service I have been planned for all my life. What I needed are

  • Project: NaHeal — a location-based healing community service (web app)
  • Core message: A platform that helps cancer patients recover everyday life by safely sharing natural healing knowledge within their local community, building a help network, and sustaining healthy habits via challenges. User contributions are rewarded through the Steem blockchain, creating a virtuous cycle.
  • Objective: Launch an MVP in 3–6 months delivering five core user journeys on the web and grow it into a global, region-aware service over four years.
  • Orgianization: This service aims for an natural healing organization, which will be hosted on https://naheal.org.

2. Problem & Need

  • Patients and caregivers struggle to find trustworthy natural healing information and both emotional and practical support nearby.
  • Local volunteers and merchants lack a direct channel to connect with real community needs and healthy product demand.
  • Communities often lack sustainable contribution incentives, resulting in stagnation.

NaHeal combines location verification, community incentives, and tokenized rewards to simultaneously address information trust, help matching, and participation motivation.

7. Four-Year Development & Operations Plan (2025-10-01 → 2029-09-30)

Year 1 — MVP, Foundations, Pilot Launch

  • Deliver MVP across the 5 core user journeys (auth + location, content tree, challenges, help, store/transactions)
  • Establish initial Korean-first localization; begin EN; prepare other languages
  • Onboard initial pilot regions; measure retention and content quality

Year 2 — Scale-up Features, Moderation, Rewards

  • Complete rewards engine; add abuse prevention
  • Content moderation: community reports, verification badges, reputation signals
  • Expand marketplace (merchant onboarding, product verifications, maps UX)

  • Rate: 20 SBD per day (approximately $20/day)
  • Period: 2025-10-01 to 2029-09-30 (4 years)
  • Total (cap): 20 SBD × 365 days × 4 years = 29,200 SBD (≈ $29,200)
  • Funding: The service will start regardless of the funding.
