Pushing Past the Limit: From 7/24 to a Full 8-Card Squad

I spent the morning tightening up my deck and decided it was time to make room. The Buy Slot screen showed I had 7/24 slots and a wallet of 1,959.44 NOVA just enough to pull the trigger on the 1,920 NOVA expansion. One tap on Buy, a big green checkmark, and “Processed” flashed on the screen. Worth it. That eighth slot changed everything.

With fresh space available, I headed straight to Collection. The new lineup snapped into place and my numbers jumped to 8/8 cards, ATK 3,894, and 1,947 NOVA/day. Seeing that total on the panel felt great, because I could trace exactly where the gains came from:

• Helios (Legendary) – the backbone at 520 NOVA/day.

• Kernos x2 (Unique, L2) – both ticking at 234 NOVA/day each.

• Crogle x3 (Unique, L2) – a reliable trio, 234 NOVA/day each.

• (Unique, L1) – a clean 180 NOVA/day and a handy Type for matchups.

• (Rare, L5) – my bruiser for fights, now 77 NOVA/day.

That mix tells a simple story: duplicates aren’t dead weight. I leveled the Crogles to L2 and doubled up on Kernos, then kept Razar and Cybermong as role players with solid returns. Helios anchors the whole thing.

After locking the deck, I hopped into the Basic Dungeon. The gate pulsed, energy at 10.52, and Cybermong stared me down from the stage art while the card carousel below offered quick swaps—Razar 77/day, Kernos 234/day, Crogle 234/day, and company. I rotated leaders depending on the enemy type and weakness. Razar still opens a lot of fights for me, but Kernos often cleans up when I need steady damage and consistency.

If you’re building toward a roster like this, here’s what worked for me:

• Buy slots early when you can. The cost stings (1,920 NOVA is no joke), but the extra card adds damage, income, and flexibility.

• Level smart, not random. L2 uniques at 234 NOVA/day stack fast—three Crogles plus two Kernos explain most of my daily total.

• Keep a specialist. Razar’s higher level helps in battles even if its mining isn’t top tier.

• Anchor with a legend. Helios at 520 NOVA/day makes every other decision easier.

I’m happy with how the deck feels now—balanced, punchy, and finally using every slot.
