Just got back from Vienna, and let me tell you—this city gets under your skin slowly, quietly, but it leaves its mark.

As soon as you land, you're struck by the order, the elegance, that perfect blend of old and new. Vienna doesn’t shout—it whispers. Walking through its streets, it feels like every building has a story to tell: from the majestic Schönbrunn Palace, with its seemingly endless gardens, to the gothic grandeur of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and those historic cafés where time feels frozen.

And it was in one of those cafés that I experienced one of the most iconic moments of the trip: the Sachertorte. Forget the mass-produced versions.
