Ginormous Sandwich 🥪

Know as the Herbival, my sourdough sandwich took longer than usual to make however it was totally worth the wait.

It features peppers, spinach, goat cheese, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, red onions and my favourite pesto sauce.

The pesto had very large pine nuts in which are a favourite of mine. Pine nuts are quite pricey solely because of how the nuts are being extracted from the cones, by hand, one by one.
