Summer vacations- Every kids favourite time of year

Hey guys! Welcome to another one of my posts. I hope you are having a good day.

Today, I’m gonna be writing a post about summer vacations. I thought, since summer has already started, and summer vacations are right around the corner, it would be a nice idea. Summer vacations are probably, the favourite time of year for most kids, and same goes for me. Some of my best memories as a kid includes waking up at noon, on a summer day, not having a worry in the world.

The only downside of summer vacations is probably the home work. Every year, they give us tons of home work, even though the vacations are not even too long. Another downside is probably not getting to see all my friends in school, but I can get over that.

On the other hand, some of my favourite things about summer vacations are probably going to the swimming pool, hanging out with friends all day, playing video games, and most especially, not going to school😝 Oh, and I almost forgot the most important thing, spending time with your family, wether that’s playing board games, going on road trips, anything really.

The thing I look most forward too, is meeting relatives that you don’t meat often. To be specific, my aunt (dad’s sister) lives abroad, and the summer vacations are pretty much the only time we get to see her, and our cousins.

Most of us take summer vacations as the schools way of giving us a break, but the only reason the school gives us these vacations, is not to give us a break, but merely because of the heat. I’m telling you, I feel our school had control over when we have vacations, (which it doesn’t because it’s not the only branch of Fazaia, the school we’re in) our summer vacations would probably be half of what they are right now.
