Morning walk

Hello my dear Steemians,
it is a day before starting my night shift. What is the best thing that one should do before working in night shift? Yes, it is to get fresh air, sunlight. That is why we went for a long walk today. One fo the place where we go in order to reach some kilometers is the park, because there is no cars close by.
The weatehr is today again sunny and dry, we have about 19C and that together with sun made it like over 20C. Of course, our walk is usually very energetic that also helps to keep the muscles active. We enjoyed hte fresh air and so many people who were walking with their dogs. Actually it feels like the people with dogs know each otehr very well.

The final destination of this walk is waterfront and it is as always in morning hours is low tide, it is a pity. We see many boats once again on wet sand, but still it was nice walk and we had some exercises.

This is a wonderful road walk from the started point to the water front is unique , seeing the sunny weather was bad great day of experience.
I will like to thank you for making the muscle stimulated
The zeal of going this far is a welcome development as it an exposure of a lot of things because that early morning exercise is a good thing.
But I think it should be introduced to many people for next outing.
Thank you sir for this great opportunity.
What does this mean:
The sir is female
Yes, it is enjoyable path due to the beauty of place a person does not feel tired as distracted by the nature :)
What is the height of the water between low tide and high tide?
The high tide reached approximately 5.25m and the low tide dropped to about 0.37m
this is a two-storey house practically.
Yes, it is :)
The good thing about this trip is the temperature is 20°C If it was 30°C would you walk all this way?
Yes, in this park there are a lot of evergreen pine trees so while you are there you do not feel heat and it is much cooler so it is great place for walk too
