Competition 94 - Portrait (Sweet Baby)

My dear members of worldofxpilar I am here to share my most recent realistic charcoal pencil portrait of my recent commission piece I did for my client. I also want to use this opportunity to thank @xpilar for organizing this amazing contest. This job took me days because I actually want it to be one of my best for my client. She wasn't just an unknown client. I celebrate myself for spending such a great amount of time to come up with this excellent artwork for my honorable client. Thanks for viewing.

Here are the steps on how I did the portrait drawing.
I drew my grid lines and made my sketch then started shading it gradually. Sometimes I usually start some of my portraits from the hair, but in his case I started with the eyes, nose, down and lips. This is to helps me work downward and from left to right before moving down to the clothing. I do this to avoid smudging the part I may have already worked on. I really took my time to include everything in detail. Making sure nothing was left out since I want my client to really appreciate a good work. I always feel honoured when my works are appreciated. And I know myself. I know I'm always committed to excellence regardless of who my client may be.
Here are the progress shots. I hope I did well? This is what I was made for. My works makes me super excited.
Just go through the progress shots and don't fail to leave a comment and upvote. Thanks.
