Greetings to everyone!!!
Welcome to my blog and to the first week of season 26 of learning challenge.
I am glad to participate in this week course and of course appetiser is a very interesting course that I can't miss since it is a small meal that I usually served before the main meal and as such always help to stimulate my appetite for food.

In this course I have come to learn the different ways of preparing appetiser apart from the usual way I used to prepare my own which has added to my cooking skills.

I have also come to learn the different types of appetiser too which makes the whole course interesting.
With what I am seeing this week I know I have a whole lot to learn from the next five weeks.

It's time for my to put the lesson into practice and share my recipe with you dear friends.

Yes, I totally agree that appetisers are used to stimulate hunger. Its flavour and taste actually awaken my taste buds and increases my appetite.
The aroma of this appetiser alone stimulate hunger even my neighbours who perceived the aroma of my appetiser were telling me that I am making them feel hungry.

After I had finish consuming the appetiser I prepared even with the drinks I still felt like eating food. I had to do so after a while before I started writing this post.

Chicken 🐔 stock

Here I made use of chicken breast which has less bones. I wash, cut them in the desire sizes and cook it with low it to simmer.

To make sure the chicken taste good, I added black pepper, garlic, salt and ginger
