INGREDIENTS

Step1 :
I have chosen mutton for this competition because that is what is available in our area, and we are used to cooking mutton. First, take the boneless mutton, clean and wash it well, put it in a mixie grinder, and grind it into a paste.
Step 2 :
Then take it in a bowl and add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, mutton masala powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and mix well.
Step 3 :
Then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste required amount of salt, break an egg and pour it in. Then cut a lemon and add its juice. Add these too and mix well.
Step 4 :
After mixing the mutton well to marinate it well, keep it aside for about 2 hours.
Step 5 :
After two hours, take a handful of it and roll it well with the help of your palm into balls and place them on a plate. Make several balls like this.
Step 6 :
Put a pan on the stove and pour oil in it and heat it. After it is well heated, put these balls in one by one and fry them well. There should be a medium flame.
Step 7 :
Once these balls are well fried and golden brown in color, take them out and place them on a plate. Then, prick the balls with toothpicks and serve.
Now the healthy appetizer, meatballs, is ready, serve hot before any meals or feasts.
