SLC26-W1 // "Introduction Of Appetizers

Warmly welcomed to everyone in the first week of the Season26. Firstly, I would like to say congratulations @suboohi mam for selection and come with an amazing themes of meals. I am delighted to share my first participation in the first week of the challenge.
Well, Soup is the Chinese food and now common to eat in wedding event's before serving Wedding Dinner as a Appetizers. People love it and enjoy yo eat especially in winter season to warm up their self from the coldness.
While I was pursuing my bachelor's degree, I achieved a certificate in cooking competition through Minister of Government (Punjab Youth Program 2014). Through that motivation , Today was the day I accomplished something. I'm going to give you the chicken corn and veggies soup recipe. I placed second in the cooking competition that I participated in. My relatives, friends, and family also enjoy eating soup that I make myself in winter season. I'm excited to share with you today.

Chilli, garlic and ginger sauce | 3Tsp( according to own spicy taste ) |
Corn Flour | Half Cup |
Water | 5 Cup |
Egg | 1 |

I had prepared the chicken yakhni first. I added ginger paste and garlic to it. and one teaspoon of salt. On low heat, it cooked for one hour. Next, add the cubed chicken and the chopped veggies in the shape of cubes. Stir them till they are consistent after cooking them for five minutes.
In the bowl, I cracked the egg. After thoroughly beaten it in a bowl then added it to the cooking bowl. And keep stirring it up. The addition of eggs in soup develops silky texture and thickened and gloppy soup.
In the very next step, I added the sauces( vinegary, soya sauce , sweet sour sauce) , black pepper, corn flakes (extra flavor) , and chunks of boiled chicken. I will continue cook on the Mlmoderator flame after thoroughly mixing them consistently.
Add five tablespoons of corn flour to half a cup of water. then thoroughly blended it. Before adding the chicken corn and veggies to the soup-making bowl, add 1 tsp of food colouring and mix it evenly. Stirring continuously is essential to improving the soup's flavour while adding the corn flour and food colouring combination.
The last step is this. This is where we serve the soup. within a bowl of soup. Sprinkle on it with black pepper. And garnish it with coriander leaves for display. Presenting along with my #achievement certificate, I served chicken corn and vegetable soup.

Yes, appetizers are usually served first to get our appetite going by exciting our taste buds and getting our stomach ready for the main variety of dishs. They are light, tasty, and look good, which makes them a great start to a meal.Its the best time to enjoy in the winter season
