Hi my friends, how are you?.
I hope you are all well. I am also well. So today is another challenge of another wonderful week in SLC26-W5. This challenge has been organized with a very wonderful topic. This is a wonderful competition presented to us as "Fried Appetizers". Now it is my opportunity to present my participation in this wonderful competition. So today I will prepare fried food. I am very happy to have this opportunity. I participated in this competition like every week and I learned very valuable knowledge from this every week. So today also I will do my best by participating in this challenge. Okay, I will not waste much time and present my participation. So thank you very much @suboohi for presenting this valuable course.

1- What do you understand by Fried Appetizers?

According to this question, I understand that Fried Appetizers are a type of snack and fried food. So these are called differently in different countries. But I think that these Fried Appetizers can be called as a main dish in festivals as well as a snack. It is very popular and has a very special taste. There is really a lot of space for such foods during festivals. Also, these are excellent as snacks and breakfast and evening meals that we eat. So I would say that these Fried Appetizers are some of the most wonderful foods.

2- Make any one fried appetizer from given recipes in detailstep by step withpictures . You can add filling or ingredients of your choice too .

Today, as we are given the opportunity to submit any fried appetizer according to this competition theme, I will be making patties. So I have prepared some very wonderful ingredients for that. So, I will present this process step by step and I will present you all the ingredients used for this.

Dough Making:👇🏽

⭕️ Step 01

First I took a clean bowl. Then I prepared to add flour to that bowl. When adding flour, I added the required amount of flour to the bowl like this

Then I add salt to that flour mixture. So when I added salt, I added salt to taste like this.

⭕️ Step 03

Now I'm going to add oil to that flour mixture. So I added about a spoonful of oil like this and mixed it well.

Then I add water to mix it. When adding water to that mixture, I added water little by little to the required amount like this.

When preparing the dough, I prepared the dough well so that the mixture came out like this. So, I prepared the final result of the dough like this.

✅Ginger
✅Garlic
✅Onions
✅Chili
✅Curry leaves
✅Chili flakes
✅Turmeric powder

⭕️ Step 06

Now I put a pan on the stove. Then I added about two tablespoons of oil to it. I heated it well for a while and then added ginger, garlic, and curry leaves and fried them well for a while like this.

Then I added some onions to it. I also added the required amount of chilies to it. Then I fried them well like this for a while.

That's how I prepared the mixture, adding seasonings like this, adding salt to it, and mixing it well like this.

Now I will prepare the dough part of that mixture. That is, adding the dough as the dough ingredient. So I added the dough to it like this.

That's how I prepared the mixture, and at the end, I prepared the filling like this, added it to a saucer like this, and kept it aside.

Now I'm going to make the fries appetizer. So I rolled out the dough I made earlier like this. After rolling it out like this, I cut a small circle like this.

Then I took the circle I had cut out and placed the filling I had prepared earlier in the middle of the circle like this.

Now I'm going to do another rendering task. That is, I'm going to fold the parts around the part that I prepared like this. So I took these steps when folding it.

I used a very handy tool to fold that part. That was a fork. So I took a fork and pressed the parts around it like this.

Now I put a pan on the stove again and added oil to it. So after I added oil to it, after it heated for a while, I fried the patties well like this.

Finally, I fried them all well. So while frying them, I fried the patties well until they turned golden brown like this.

3-Give some other examples of Fried Appetizers that you like?

There are actually a lot of different fried appetizers in the world. So there are a limited number of foods that everyone likes. So I also like a few of them. As an example, I will present you some popular fried appetizers below.

I would really like it if I got this opportunity. Because I would choose @ngoenyi, whom I love very much, to share this prepared appetizer. Because I like her very much. She is my teacher. That is why I will choose her every time on Steemit. I am sure that she would like to taste this appetizer. I believe that she appreciates my efforts. Because I know that she praises the quality of the food I prepare. She has praised all my abilities. So I love to share everything with her every time.

When I joined Steemit, I had no knowledge here, so I learned about this platform for a long time. So she taught me a lot about this. And she chose me to be a moderator of a community as my first position on Steemit. So that was the first leadership experience I had in my life. So I have a lot of respect for her since that day. So today, when I get this opportunity, I will choose her to share this passion.

Conclusion

This is my participation in this wonderful competition. I think you all will love these Patties that I have prepared. Although it was a challenge for me to prepare these Patties at first, I tried my best to overcome this challenge and today I prepared very delicious Patties. So it was a very easy step for me.
