SLC26-W6 // "Cold Appetizers"

Hello friends I hope you are great today I am here to take part in another learning challenge SLC26-W6 // "Cold Appetizers".

1. What do you understand by Cold Appetizers?(1 mark )

As the name refers this the appetizers combination of protein or seafood with the addition of veggies or seasonal fruit it's served as cold or chill or at room temperature and serve as stimulation of appetite.

This is liked by everyone as rich in flavour and easy to cook and serve, by adding different flavours we may made different ranges if the cold appetizers and our guests and little kids may liked it more.

2- Make any one cold appetizer of your choice in detail ,step by step with pictures . You can add ingredients of your choice too . (7 marks)

Let's start cold appetizer making.

Following ingredients are needed.

Ingredients	quantity
Egg hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut	2
mayonnaise	2 tsp
Salt	3/4 tsp
blackpepper	1/2 tsp
Bread	4
Ketchup	2tsp

Let's make it.

• I take cattle added water and salt and put the egg and cooked them till done,then wait till these cool down at room temperature.

• After this I take bread cut it's edges my kids didn't eat so I removed it later on for making bread crumbs, I cut it in circles.

• Now I cut the egg mash it well added salt, black pepper and mayonnaise and ketchup mixed all the ingredients till homogeneous.

I roasted the cut bread till it was little golden brown, I spread the egg mixture on breads and served it with ketchup. Here is the final look.

3-Do you face any difficulty during making the recipe?(1 mark )

It was very easy I enjoyed it while making, there was no difficulty in making it, my kids enjoyed it making and becoming trouble for me as they need cell phone and their also need it, most of my work just delayed because of cell phone.

4-What is the approximately cost of your cold appetizer. (1 mark)
