"SLC26-W6 // Cold Appetizers"
Greetings everyone!
How time flies Some week ego i was so happy to start season 26 learning challenge and today we are already in week6 which is the last week of season 26 session.
I sincerely appreciate our teacher @suboohi for dedicating this six weeks in teaching us what she knows best, and also appreciate the steemit team for such a wonderful arrangement.
1- What do you understand by Cold Appetizers?(1 mark )
Cold appetizer can be see as a small portion of dish typically a starter which could be served in a room temperature or chilled.
Cold appetizer often features ingredients like, fruit vegetables and seafood, one example of a cold appetizer known by many is salads.
2- Make any one cold appetizer of your choice in detail ,step by step with pictures . You can add ingredients of your choice too . (7 marks)
Ingredients
• egg
• sliced bread
• mayonnaise
• salt
• black pepper
• spinach
Peeled the egg and shredded it into my preferred sizes.
I poured in the mayonnaise and mixed it then I added pepper then salt to it, I used the mixture to garnish the toasted bread adding some spinach leaf as topping.
Final results, date, tag and name inclusive.
3-Do you face any difficulty during making the recipe?(1 mark )
No the was no difficulty during the making everything about making this Cold appetizer was simple and I really love the process it was a smooth experience.
4-What is the approximately cost of your cold appetizer. (1 mark)
