Do you think desserts are important at special events?(1 Mark)
Yes it's true dessert are very important on special occasions because no happiness can be completed without the addition of sweet dish or deserts I guess the sweetness is must for any specials events, when we wanted to end any even obviously it couldn't be completed without the dessert.
In my view it just double the happiness of that special events and everyone just loved it, either we eat less or more but we really wanted to enjoy dessert.

Let's try soji ka halwa it's one of the favourite desserts in our homes.
Soji ka Halwa Samolina Pudding
The following ingredients are needed.

Samolina | 3/4 bowl |
Pure ghee | 1/2 bowl |
sugar | 1cup |
Cardamom | 2-3 |
Food color | yellow |
Almond | 6-7 |

- I take pan added the pure ghee cooked it for while, added cardamom. Cooked till aroma was there and added the semolina cooked low to medium flame until light golden appeared.

- I added sugar and cooked it till dissolved little and then water, Moreover I added yellow food colour, cooked it till the water dissolved. I kept the flame slow until oil came out. Garnished it with chopped almonds.

Samolina rich in fiber and protein good for health, it's good for digestive system and also fie heart health maintenance of weight. It contains vitamin B, magnesium and iron which are good for health.
Cardamom it's rich in antioxidant properties control nausea and improve digestive system along with repairing of cell damage.
