Today I am going to share yummy and delicious Halwa recipe of Semolina. It is common sweet dish which is highly popular because of it is very easy to prepare.

Gram Flour | 2 TBS |
Ghee | 2 TBS |
Sugar | 1 Bowl |
Water | 2.5 Cup Boiled Water |
Cashew | For Garnish as per needed |
Raisins | For Garnish as Per needed |

First I took a pan and putted on gas stove and turned on gas on medium flame and poured 2 TBS Ghee( butter) into pan and left for until it would not melt completely.
Then I took cashew and put into hot melt ghee and roasted those cashew because I will use it for garnish at my final presentation.

In my second step, Ghee had been already melted and hot in pan so I putted 1 Bowl semolina into melt ghee and was roasting or mixing semolina.
After 2 minutes, I added 2 TBS gram flour into this mixture and was mixing again for few minutes.

Now, Third step is very important because I am going to add 2 Bowl of Sugar into this mixture. Sugar can be vary according to your taste. Here I took accordingly myself.

Now mixture was ready and roasted perfectly so I added 2.5 cup of boiled water into this mixture. It looked like mess up but don't worry, I was mixing time to time to get rid of lumps. After this we covered pan for few minutes and let Semolina mixture soaked water.

After few minutes, I uncovered pan and saw semolina mixture had been soaked all water and gave me smooth texture in form of halwa. Now I transferred Halwa into casserole and I used roasted cashew for garnish and raisins.
It was looking delicious because texture was really smooth and sugar was balanced neither too sweet nor less. I was really happy because it's taste was marvelous.

Semolina : I used Semolina as main ingredient and as far as I know it is rich with protein and calcium so it makes bones strong and it is very digestive and it has good fiber so over wall semolina is good to eat to get instant energy.
Gram Flour : I added this ingredient because I use to eat in morning so Gram Flour has good source of natural protein so little amount of gram flour can enhance health benefits along with taste.
Sugar : mostly people skip sugar but my mom said that in Semolina halwa, Sugar turns into glucose and gives us energy.
Overall Semolina Sweet Halwa is beneficial in terms of health because it fills your stomach for long hours, It is very digestive and has good fiber. Semolina halwa is good source of instant energy..
