I liked gajrella and the kheer with carrots these are the most frequently cooked at our homes in winter and fruits custard for the kids these are made without any wait of guests. These dessert are liked by everyone.

3: Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.(1 Mark)

Well I didn't find it difficult for making as it's quite easy though time is required to get the desired taste. Overall it's our traditional dessert as I have seen my mom making it since my childhood, when I was little grown up I knew we made to run the spoon for the hours for making more thick and creamy.

4:What are nutritious benefits of your dessert? (1 Mark)

As the milk, carrots and nuts are present it's highly beneficial for the health if we take it in moderate amounts hence excess of everything is bad.

As the carrot is rich source of beta carotene, vitamin A and C and boost immunity, it also support eye health. Due to presence of fiber it's helpful for digestion.

The milk is rich source of calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D, it's not only rich source of protein, it gave strength to bone and muscles. Milk is rich is vitamin B12, vitamin and minerals which is helpful for regulation of blood pressure and boost immune system.

The addition of cardamom not only boost the oral health but also a good source of booster of immune system and acts as anti inflammatory.

The almond are rich in fat, protein and fiber which not support heart health but also acts as anti-inflammatory. It's also helpful in digestive system.

It's all about my today post.

I would like to invite my friends @m-fdo, @jannat12 and @sualeha to take part in the challenge.
