Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life with family and friends. I am delighted to be part of an other sweet challenge that is mostly used to make for inviting the special guests or celebrate event's.
On the other side that is so beneficial and healthier for the kids intake. Fortunately, Yesterday night , I took the fresh carrots for from the store for eating and when I saw the challenge theme , I decided to make first this one in the next morning. And today's I did it . Let's share steps how to cook گجریلا a very sweet and Tradaional dessert.

I have used fresh carrots, fresh Milk , Fresh nuts (Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews, Walnuts and Cashew) Dry Milk Powder (Alternative of Cream Milk ) , Sugar and Rice.

Explanations How to Cook Dessert from Vegetables
Firstly, I have taken white rice then washed it properly and kept for two hours in soaking water. Then I have taken fresh carrots, washed it and then peal with peeler and used grater to actually shape of sweet dessert. Then I boiled the milk , add in it chopped carrots. I used my silver crest chopper for making the fine paste of rice and then added also in it . Cooked for 10 minutes. Then we will add sugar and dry powder. I had only one cardamon also added in it during the cooking process.Then cooked for more five minutes under the Moderate flame.
Then I have taken all the home kept nuts and crushed it well. When the mixture of milk carrots and rice is cooked then add in little bit crushed nuts and when the gajreela becomes thick then kept at the room temperature for cooling down. Then for serving, we will put in the bowl and used garnishing of nuts. Here's with you can see that our Gajreela is now ready . For enhancing taste we can keep in the refrigerator for half hour at least then enjoy its actual taste.

By following the steps of Challenge owner @suboohi mam #recipe of Dessert. I didn't face any difficulty. Steps are easy and very simple to cook. Just need attention and care to cook it.
What are nutritious benefits of your dessert?
Because of having very rich nuts and very beneficial carrots they are healthier nutritious benefits for health. It has minerals, vitamins and antioxidants that are necessary for healthier body intake. This is best gift for the winter season especially.
