Why this tomato stew on Sundays only? I would love to go for it as a starter every day before lunch and dinner and if it's that tasty and this rich as you have shown in your post and images, I would love to skip my lunch and live on this. Well done, I wish you the best for this contest!

It's just common on Sundays, but you can have it any day of the week.
Thank you for your kind words.

Maybe our recipe is different but we often consume it as a starter.

Oh really, it's a main course here, but I would love to taste yours as well or maybe share a recipe with me when you can.

1 kg ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 cup chopped celery with leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsf sugar
1 tsf salt
1 green chilly.
Black pepper to taste
A few drops of tabasco sauce.

Cook the tomatoes, vegetables, and seasonings:

Put all of the ingredients into a large pot of stainless steel, uncovered, until mixture is completely soupy,

Fine-mesh when completely cool, add water and boil it again for 10 minutes. Serve with soup bread pieces into it as a starter.Don't forget the pepper and salt.
