Towns have culinary traditions that make them different from one another depending on the products that the sea and the countryside offer.
I was once told about the Guama, a large tree that produces seeds in pods, the seeds are surrounded by a juicy, gelatinous substance with a sweet taste.
By chance, I found Guama at a popular market in a cozy little town. I decided to buy it just out of curiosity. I opened the wrapper and found the gelatinous substance inside.
I savored all the sweetness in my mouth until the seeds were free and completely black. I learned that the seeds are roasted and ground to make a drink similar to chocolate. I thought that this drink could very well be marketed as an alternative to many products that are sold at very high prices.
All photographs, images and designs that appear on my blog belong to me, they were taken with my cell phone camera, screenshots and design software, I am contributing 60% of the profits to social works (10% @wox-helpfund and 50% @elkezaksek).
