I do not see, a sign that dictates hours of opening and closing. I think most new people are more worried about the size of the account they posses and have not read about what is power-up (buying steem-power) to make your account stronger. The set-back to this is.. it takes 3 months then to with-draw money to your account. Neat scam to hold money in the system. Spend money, to get stronger.. tell the world you're getting paid... and the masses follow propping up the PONZI.
