Yeah Cheetah is strange. It says it upvotes people, but is very particular about who it upvotes.
My understanding is that Cheetah leaves a comment and upvotes... but that upvote is removed once that post gets reported.
I see! I read through Cheetah's FAQ but couldn't figure out exactly how the upvotes work! Thanks!
