Like a real diagnosis

So I'm grateful for that. I still struggle, though. That's what I find is missed in most. Like like I really like, like the professionals actually take their time to do that, though, ough like assessment or like analysis or like however it's freeze like I really like that.

So like the psychiatrist that I'm about to see whenever that happens. Like I'm on that wait list. I really hope that they're better than my very first one.

A, I'm not the only one who felt not supported by my very first psychiatrist. A lot of others didn't really feel supported. Uh. So I'm just real, I think like, like, I know like having a psychiatrist would be the start of something. Yeah yeah, absolutely. And you hit on a really good point that there can be a lot of, I mean, especially when it comes to trauma. And I would say more of the complex trauma that I think you're kind of getting at, too. Wtoo.

Which till not been recognized in the diet,, at least while so in the American diagnostic manual, the D, SM, complex post-traumatic stress disorder is not is not in the diagnostic manual. So the only diagnosis that is like, actually, like a.Real diagnosis is PTSD.

Some of the criteria for that are that you were either directly exposed to or a witness to, like, you know,, the death or injury of another person or the potential for there to be death or injury to another person. And so. So that could include things like being in a war zone.
