Moderate sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. Too little sleep causes tiredness, while too much sleep makes us lazy. Proper rest helps improve memory, focus, and overall energy. On average, adults need 7–8 hours of sleep daily. Balanced sleep keeps life active, fresh, and productive.
