Http 500 is often a sign that the web server needs to be rebooted. If they have multiple front end servers, you may be able to get around this by using a proxy / VPN.

This will allow you to connect from a different IP address in another geographic region which, in theory, may cause you to connect to a different web server for that region.

Thanks for the tip, I did actually try the vpn to check and that didn't fix. I'll just try again later.

I have determined that @steemcleaners is guilty of online #abuse and #cyberbullying.

I have taken steps to combat that #abuse and #cyberbullying. I think that I should be supported in these steps and not hindered in any way.
