Yoga practitioners live a longer life than those who do not. This is largely due to the fact that yoga helps to expand the lungs through profound abdominal breathing exercises, which brings beneficial effects to the heart. The effect can be so strong that a regular yoga practice can regulate blood pressure both during and after yoga sessions. I practice yoga especially for improving sexual life. :)
