I love yoga
Many people who want to try to start yoga gymnastics but hesitate. Their reasons vary; Ranging from the fear of being judged by other students when they joined the yoga class, feeling too fat, too underpowered to be flexible.
This may be because they get a mistaken impression of the appearance of expert yogic performers who look perfect with a well-formed body and can perform movements that seem impossible to do. This is obviously wrong because yoga is actually beneficial to everyone.
Yoga is not only to shape the body, but also improve health and endurance, strengthen posture, overcome various health problems, reduce stress and control yourself. The nature of yoga is not competitive so anyone can do it. So, there's no reason not to start yoga.
