I just started to practise yoga regular around 8 weeks ago but I can already notice great benefits. Not only have I lost weight but I can focus more and feel overall more relaxed. I had struggles with a pain at my shoulders which is getting better but it is still there but hopfully it will go away in the future.

I am excited what yoga will have in store for me in the future.
