sun salutation in the way of hatha yoga. stand and feel the center of the body and take time to ground well. develop the breath awareness. the whole cycle is considered one long movement. no jerks or stops in between. the breath awareness is maintained all the while and mind is kept empty by leaning all focus onto the movement. feel passively all attributes of movement. a infinite number of positions are touched by the body and all pass through the consciousness. rest enough with breath awareness.
