Ukraine. February spring. + 10 °C, sunny

Today is Sunday, the weather is spring, the Dnieper River pleases Kiev residents and guests of our city with its beauty.

I can not believe that in February it can be so warm.

The climate has somehow strangely changed, now there should be frosts, and of course a lot of snow. Miracles just happen.
