All at the same time, that is not clever. Voting power dimin.. Diminush..looses its worth for every upvote.. Hmm why not wait 144 minutes in between. I guess it is not part of their SLA:))
Because he just comes to collect his STEEM, re-power down so it pulls more of the STEEM next round. While here for the brief moment, throw out a ton of upvotes to get curation rewards. Leave for a week. Rinse repeat.

I would have set up a bot at least to maximise this.. People are so lazy these days!
